Paul has thirty-five years' experience as an architect and twenty four years as a director of Büro Architects. Having worked in Melbourne, The Netherlands and Italy, he has broad experience in projects from the macro to the micro scale, and has expertise in design and masterplanning as well as materials and technology. His commitment to strong management of architectural processes ensures that clear communication is maintained, the expectations of quality are met, and that each project runs efficiently.

Bronwyn is involved in various aspects of the design and documentation process; in particular, interiors and planning. She is also Büro's researcher, writer, and manager. With a background teaching architectural, design and art history, she is a specialist in the design of educational spaces and holds a teaching position in the Faculty of Architecture Building and Planning at the University of Melbourne.
